Welcome to my world
A space where motherhood, career, faith and the beautiful chaos of an autistic mind meet — honestly, openly, and without apology.
About Me
"Trying to make sense of motherhood, career, life and people" — that’s me in a sentence.
I’m an autistic working mum navigating the beautiful, messy, wonderful chaos that comes with wearing many hats. I started this blog because I couldn’t find many voices that sounded like mine — honest, faith-fuelled, ambitious, and yes, autistic. Diagnosed with autistic traits aged 4 I have felt like a square peg in a round hole for a very long time. I've learnt to adapt to this neurotypical world and have managed to mostly thrive. This website is full of useful advice on how to survive with your sanity intact.
Here you’ll find raw, unfiltered reflections on parenting, career pressures, faith that keeps me grounded, and the fitness routines that keep me sane. No filters. No perfect aesthetic. Just real life, written as I live it.
